I downloaded the product thinking I could sign up for service. However, you guys are no longer taking new membership and I need this NOW! Since you are not taking membership, I deleted it from my computer. I really need something to make phone calls from because I am in Guatemala and I want to call home. There isn't free access in my hotel room to make calls. They can only be done at the lobby. I don't have a cell phone because I'm here for only one month. So, I need something now. Even if it's only for 5 minutes to call home every night, I can deal with that. If you open your membership, I'll sign up. Thank you!
